1) Are Products seen on PULSENYC.COM available at Pulse stores?
Products vary by location. Please call the store to check on a particular item.
2) Can I return an item I purchased on line to a PULSE store?
PULSE stores cannot accept returns or exchanges of any purchases made on line . Purchases must be returned to PULSENYC.COM for processing. Please see our return policy for more information.
3) When will my order ship?
If the item is in stock, it will ship within 48 hours
4) How can I change my order after it’s been submitted?
Please call us within 24 hours and we will make every effort to correct or make any changes.
5) What methods of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept any major Credit Card, Debit Card, Pay Pal or Money Orders. ( SORRY NO CHECKS ) for Money Orders please place an order by phone at (212) 982 - 3503 or (212) 777-4388
6) Can I have my order shipped COD?
Sorry NO COD shipments - all payments are to be made in full prior to shipping.

9) Do I pay Sales Tax?
All orders shipped to New York customers will have sales tax added onto the order. Depending on your zip code, the tax will be between 4%- 8.5%. For all other states or territories there will be no tax added.
10) Why does PULSENYC.COM want my email address?
Your email address is important to us so we can advise you on the status of your order and any future sales or promotions.
11) Will I receive Spam emails?
PULSENYC.COM periodically advises customers of any upcoming new arrivals promotions or store events. You will always be given the ability to opt out of these emails at any time.
12) If cannot find a specific item, can I make a special order?
We can only ship items currently in stock.
